Summary
ORSE (Study Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility) is leading an initiative in partnership with the AFG (French Asset Management Association), the FIR (French SIF) and with the support of Eurosif to produce a guide on engagement and shareholder activism practices around the world.
The objective is to develop a global view on legal frameworks and investors and other stakeholders’ engagement practices (i.e. trade unions, NGOs, etc). This guide will mainly focus on engagement in environmental and social fields.
