ESG Data and Disclosure
It’s easy to see why requests for more ESG data aren’t always popular. Corporates can frequently be heard complaining about the requests for data they receive from investors. Asset managers, in turn, are often unhappy with the demands of asset owners, as well as with the confusing or even contradictory data disclosure requirements being set by regulators. In this special report, we ask whether investors are drowning in too much ESG data – or whether they still lack the data they need.
