

Rory Sullivan, former head of responsible investment at Insight Investments has resurfaced as head of responsible investment at Osmosis Investment Management, the London-based low carbon solutions boutique. Sullivan left Insight in December last year following the decision by its parent, Lloyds Banking Group, to break up the fund manager. Osmosis, which runs low carbon products including exchange-traded funds, index portfolios and managed accounts, said Sullivan would work on the integration of environmental, social and governance factors (ESG) into its investment decisions. At Osmosis, Sullivan will reunite with Denise Saber, former head of European institutional business development at Insight and now head of institutional business development at Osmosis. Of Insight Investment’s former three-strong SRI team, Rachel Crossley, is currently a freelance consultant and Jennifer Kozak is an SRI Analyst at Aviva.June Aitken, chief executive officer of Osmosis Investment Management said: “As investors, we have a fundamental obligation to our clients and to society at large to protect and enhance the quality of the companies in which we are invested.
