Pim van Ballekom has been named Head of International Public Affairs at Dutch pension provider APG. Based in Brussels, he will lobby on behalf of the Dutch pension system and APG’s clients. He was formerly Head of Cabinet of former European Internal Markets Commissioner Frits Bolkestein. Release

Charles Holliday, a non-executive director of Royal Dutch Shell, has joined the firm’s Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee. Holliday is a former CEO and chairman of industrial group DuPont. Richard Costigan, a former aide to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been named to the Board of Administration of CalPERS, the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. He takes over from Patricia Clarey as State Personnel Board’s representative. Link

Russell Campbell, former President/CEO of ABN AMRO Asset Management Holdings, has been named CEO of consulting firm Marco Consulting Group. MCG has also named Susan Crotty as a Senior Consultant and Senior Vice President. She formerly had senior roles at Tremont Group and Callan Associates. Link
