

Sustainalytics, the environmental, social and governance (ESG) research house, is recruiting an institutional relations head for Germany.
The Frankfurt-based position, a new role, reports to the firm’s Global Director of Institutional Relations Diederik Timmer, who is based in Amsterdam. The main purpose is to develop sales in Germany, Austria and the German-speaking part of Switzerland. The projected start date for the role is March/April and the deadline for applications is January 20.
The company is also recruiting a Manager, Research Products for the office who will work alongside Lidija Marjanovic. The role is to act as a “gatekeeper” and the deadline for applications is February 3.The six-staff Frankfurt operation is headed by Germany Managing Director Axel Wilhelm, who co-founded predecessor firm Scoris.
Sustainalytics now has more than 100 employees in locations worldwide, which include Boston, Frankfurt, Madrid, Paris, Timisoara and Toronto. There are also representatives in Brussels and Copenhagen.
Last year Sustainalytics capped a busy year by announcing a strategic partnership with leading South Korean peer Sustinvest. They would develop new products for the Korean market, including an ESG ranking of Korean companies that will be published in 2012.
